How many keywords should I choose?

The optimal keyword coverage depends on the number of brands in your portfolio, the volume of high-traffic branded search terms, and the markets your brands operate in.

What scanning frequency should I go for?

We recommend choosing the monitoring frequency based on the size of your affiliate program as larger programs generally have a higher risk and amount of fraud slipping through.

How does Bluepear count keywords?

We consider a keyword to be a unique search term monitored within a specific country and a single browser language. For example, the search term [adidas] tracked in both the UK and Germany would count as two separate keywords.

What is a scan?

A scan is a single round of searches performed by Bluepear that mimics a real person by using a wide range of browsers, OS, search engines and device types across countries of your choice.

How often can Bluepear scan Paid Search?

The scanning frequency can range from every minute to once a day. Our standard subscription plans offer fixed scanning frequency. You can request a custom scanning setup as part of a Custom subscription plan.

How many countries and regions does Bluepear cover?

Bluepear provides global coverage down to the city-level. You can edit the geolocation monitoring settings at any time. If you need a country, region, or city that isn’t listed in the project settings, you can contact our team to request its addition.

What is a project?

A project is a set of Paid Search and affiliate monitoring settings plus the results Bluepear finds based on your setup. You can adjust your monitoring setup at any time by editing your project’s settings.

What search engines does Bluepear cover?

Bluepear monitors Google, Bing, Yahoo! and Yandex among other popular search engines. If you need a search engine that isn’t listed in the project settings, you can contact our team to request its addition.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your plan anytime from your Plan Settings. Click on your Plan icon in the top right corner then choose Manage Plan. Once you’re accessed Stripe’s Customer Portal you can cancel your plan, change payment method and download invoices.

How can I switch my subscription?

You can change your plan anytime in Plan Settings. Just click your plan icon in the top-right corner, choose Change Plan, and follow the steps.

Is unused time carried over when I switch to a new plan?

No, any unused time from your previous plan will not carry over to the new plan.

Does Bluepear support integrations?

Bluepear doesn’t offer a public API at the moment. However, if you would like to request a custom API with your tracking platform then feel free to contact our team for further details.

What is Bluepear’s refund policy?

Bluepear does not issue refunds in general. Please see our Terms of Use for more details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For Enterprise plans, we also support wire transfers and payments via cryptocurrency on request. See our Terms of Use for reference. All prices are in US dollars.

Which plan is better for me - Lite or Business?

The Lite plan works best for single brands and small agencies, providing all essential monitoring features at an affordable price. Medium to large brands and agencies managing dozens of clients will benefit most from the Business plan, which includes higher limits and advanced features. Not sure which fits? Will using Bluepear result in click charges when it clicks on ads?

No, when our tool detects and interacts with search ads it is identified as an search engine bot rather than a human user. As a result, these interactions are not treated as billable ad clicks.
